Our Facility
FitB is a 5,000 sq. ft. fitness area located in Brooklyn, NY.
Among our members, there are professional athletes and dancers, office workers and stay-at-home moms, celebrities, and grandparents.
Our facility offers:
• Foot locker;• Nutritional guidance & support;• Dedicated children's area;• 60 medicine balls;• 45 sets of rings;• 15 climbing ropes.
Locker Rooms
Each box is monitored so you can choose your own locker and get your own code of entry.
Training Equipment
Achieve your fitness goals effectively with our range of state-of-the-art equipment.
Indoor Track
We have a track for those who want to make cardio workouts at any time. Run Forest, run!
Lap Pool
We are proud to offer two spacious lap pools with four lanes and 20 yards in length.
Child Care
We provide a safe and secure children's area for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
Spa/Massage Therapy
We have a few spa packages for you to choose from. Relax a bit after your training at FitB!

Certifications: Level 1 Fitness Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting, Active CrossFit Competitor, Specializing in Sports Conditioning.
Mary Grey
Certifications: BS in Kinesiology, Minor in Health Sociology, Health & Physical Education Certification K-12. Sign up for individual training!
Amelia Peterson
Certifications: Certified CPR/AED, Specializing in Strength Training, Olympic Lifting, Experienced in Women’s Strength Training.
Steve Hunter
